Tall Tree construction is an industry leader specializing in passive building construction. We have built several passive houses using Pacific Homes smart wall system. The framing is panelized and insulated in the shop eliminating much of the onsite framing process. These structural insulated panels offer a higher R-value, and outperform traditional “stick frame” by eliminating thermal bridging whenever possible. Panelized walls rapidly increase construction schedules, allowing crews to water proof the framing structure before inclement weather has a chance to soak the building.
