Hornby island, BC

Rustic waterfront retreat on sunny Hornby Island.   This project features 5 small cabin buildings connected through yellow cedar decks and boardwalks.   

multi residential, Mill Bay, bc

This is a multi residential unit we completed March 2021 in mill bay BC. The building features 2x6 smart walls, vaulted ceiling's, and individual heat pumps in each of the 8, 1000 square foot units. The exterior features; commercial grade standing seam roofing with concealed fasteners, James Hardie siding on the lowers, and corrugated steel on the upper walls. Patios are an exposed aggregate finish, and vinyl decks are finished with black aluminum railings, and create a covered area for the suites below. This buildings total cost was completed at 250$ per square foot.
